Simon Cowell to host Celebrity X Factor auditions 'at his LA mansion'

SIMON Cowell is set to host Celebrity X Factor auditions at his LA mansion according to reports.Getty - ContributorWhile the auditions for the regular series usually take place in non-descript rooms around the UK, the publication saysA source told the outlet: "Production for the series is now in the early stages and decisions are being made about potential changes."Producers think this would make the series extra glitzy, which seems appropriate given the contestants will be celebs.

The source adds to The Daily Star Sunday that show bosses think the switch from the UK to LA will be worth the additional expense to impress viewers. They said: "There is a lot for producers to consider.
