Western Bulldogs premiership hero Clay Smith admits there is a current AFL superstar he liked to take on in a boxing ring. Smith has started a successful boxing career and is now preparing for his next fight on June 19.
Clay Smith talks about his next boxing match. After having a history of horrible injuries, Smith had a fairytale run in 2016 where his knee held up and he played 13 games in a row to feature in the Bulldogs drought-breaking premiership. Smith only managed eight AFL games after that and then retired in 2018. But since then the 31-year-old has embarked on a boxing journey.
