The four bedroom, two bathroom property at 19 Ryland Road, Kelmscott, in the city’s southeast, was abandoned in a state of clutter after the current owners “just up and left”.
“Everything you see here is included in the sale so you better be prepared to get your hands dirty because you’re definitely going to be getting them dirty here.” The home, built in 1977 on a 691sqm block, is being sold “as is”, and its unkempt state has done little to diminish interest. Offers above $489,000 are being considered and 12 are already on the table following a home open on Wednesday.
