As it embarks on another year of celebrating the exceptional works of the local film industry, the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) proudly unveiled the nominees for the 40th Star Awards for Movies.

The 40th Star Awards for Movies will be directed by Maribeth Bichara under Tess Celestino-Howard’s Airtime Marketing.

Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos , Megastar Sharon Cuneta , Diamond Star Maricel Soriano , and Superstar Nora Aunor are competing for Movie Actress of the Year award.
