UDD is back with a new track, a pop song titled “Nanaman.”The trio of Carlos Tañada on vocals and lead guitars, Ean Mayor on drums and samplers, and Paul Yap on bass and synthesizers, dropped the new single with old-school pop and modern electronic influences. They composed, arranged, and produced the song, with additional vocals by Trish Lorenzo.Lyrics-wise, “Nanaman” speaks about a couple who choose to stay together despite the difficulties.The song is UDD’s second release as a trio.
”Their former vocalist and keyboardist is Armi Millare left the band in 2021. Before her departure, they released the music video for “Tambalan” and performed "Paagi," the ending song for "Trese" on Netflix.In an exclusive interview with GMA News Online, Armi called life after UDD "an uphill climb," but that that change was needed."I wanted the life I had in that setup since I was really young," she said.
