Taylor Swift brings the sold-out tour to Dublin at the end of the month

Northern Irish Taylor Swift fans have been left devastated after a flight delay to Scotland caused many to miss the singer-songwriter's concert.

Due to a bird strike on the aircraft, the easyJet flight EZY326 due to take off at 12:45 did not leave Belfast until 7:36pm and arrived in Scotland at 8:23pm - over an hour after Taylor Swift took to the stage for Edinburgh night three of her tour. "While this was outside of our control, we did all possible to minimise the disruption for customers and provided refreshment vouchers.

After trying other options, such as booking flights to other UK airports and putting herself on reserved lists for the next flights to Scotland, she was unable to secure a way to Edinburgh in time to see the show."I was just so excited this morning.... and there's just no way to get there.
