Ashton Kutcher says AI will soon 'be able to render a whole movie' and that Hollywood will need to raise the bar because 'I can just generate and then watch my own movie.'

The "That '70s Show" actor predicted that soon enough, "instead of watching some movie that somebody else came up with, I can just generate and then watch my own movie."with over five years of experience covering the latest in entertainment.

"Why would you go out and shoot an establishing shot of a house in a television show when you could just create the establishing shot for $100? To go out and shoot it would cost you thousands of dollars," he remarked. "Action scenes of me jumping off of this building, you don't have to have a stunt person go do it — you could just go do it ."Offering another example, Kutcher said he used the application to create a short video of a person fleeing from a sandstorm.

A constant stream of content catered entirely to one's own vision and interests, Kutcher predicted, will force Hollywood to either to raise the bar on its projects or risk falling by the wayside.
