Alan Scarfe known for his roles in Star Trek, Lethal Weapon and Seven Days to name a few, has sadly died at 77 after a battle with colon cancer, his family have confirmed

Star Trek and Lethal Weapon actor Alan Scarfe has sadly died aged 77. The Hollywood star passed away on April 28 at his home in Quebec after a battle with colon cancer, his family have announced.

Beginning his career as a stage actor, Alan featured in over 100 roles in theatres across Europe, as well as directing productions by playwrights including Shakespeare. The British-Canadian actor turned to writing later on in life, winning an award in 2019 for his first novel The Revelation of Jack the Ripper.

As the sad news breaks, fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their condolences, and remember the star’s incredible career.Another penned: “Sad to see Alan Scarfe has passed, I loved his evil farmer role in The Wrong Guy with @DaveSFoley.” The Hollywood star is survived by his children including daughter Antonia "Tosia" and son-in-law Austin, who lived with and cared for the star up until his death. He is also survived by his son, Jon Scarfe who works in the same profession as his father.
