IPOH: The police would never purposely delay the completion of a report under investigation, says Perak police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri."When we receive a report, we don't just simply investigate it, as it must go through the proper process.

"In some cases, for example, we need to get the medical, chemical or Fire and Rescue Department reports.Delayed investigation prompts manager to seek updates on breach of trust case The report was said to have been lodged in March last year, and the manager claimed he had not received any updates from the investigating officer.
