'People got into the festival spirit and the people of Hyndburn did us proud'

Thousands of visitors from across the borough and beyond got into the festival spirit despite heavy showers during the Great Harwood Agricultural Show.

SMJ Falconry brought their birds of prey to the ground and put on a show, accompanied by a crowd-engaging commentary. Spectators were also impressed with the tricks of the miniature British Spotted Ponies.Vintage and classic vehicles were on display and, for the first time, vintage tractors were also exhibited.
