'We in the MTRCB are happy that our dialogue contributed to building a more ethical and responsible sports environment,' MTRCB Chairperson and CEO Lala Sotto said.'On and off the court, they are not just athletes; they are role models who influence young viewers. Therefore, they should be more prudent and accountable for their actions,' she said.'Young girls and boys look up to them; they should be setting good examples as athletes especially.
