In a first look shared with People, Andrew McCarthy, 61, talks about how he wanted to look back at the famed 1980s Brat Pack which included some of the hottest actors of the day.
They included Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Emilio Estevez and Ally Sheedy who were all starring in box-office bonanzas.Several of the actors were interviewed at home for the special. Among the highlights: Estevez says he wants to clear the air with McCarthy, Moore talks her commitment to St Elmo's Fire, Lowe addresses fame and McCarthy tells Sheedy he used to have a crush on her as she giggles nervously.Demi Moore, seen in 1985, talked her fame in that era 'Making BRATS was that rare opportunity to dive back into the frozen past and bring it up into the living present,' said McCarthy in a statement.
McCarthy shares a New York magazine story in 1985 where the writer coined the term The Brat Pack, a riff on Frank Sinatra's Rat Pack.
