The TV personality, who works as a maître d’ on the Channel 4 show, also features on BBC Two’s Million Pound Menu. He has been engaged to partner Fruitcake since 2020. Fred is the father of Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, a British professional diver.
’ Away from his role in First Dates, Fred is often seen heading on adventures with Gino D’Campo and Gordon Ramsay, in the ITV travel show Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip. Fred and partner Fruitcake got engaged in 2020 Fred starred in last year’s series of I’m A Celebrity, camping out in the Australian jungle alongside the likes of Sam Thompson and Josie Gibson. He lasted 17 days.
