Sabrina Carpenter is working late… Cause she's a singerrrr — on Saturday Night Live, that is. The singer made her musical debut on the late-night comedy sketch show on May 18 for SNL's season 49 finale with host Jake Gyllenhaal. The tiny-but-mighty pop star first took the stage at Studio 8H with an enchanting performance of her hit single, “Espresso.” The stage was set to look like a dark bar with two suitors/ dancers playing into Carpetner's sultry performance.
” She kept the sheer theme for her second outfit, wearing a baby pink dress before she took it off to reveal a pink corset dress with a short feathery train on the back. Of course, it wouldn't be a performance of “Nonsense” without a cheeky outro, which she famously changes depending on what city/ venue/ festival she's performing the song at.
