Combs' representatives had no immediate comment. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said in a statement released after the video was aired that it hadn’t been presented with a case in the attack. It said in a statement posted on social media Friday that even if law enforcement presents a case to the office, the statute of limitations would apply preventing prosecutors from charging Combs.
