Coronation Street star Colson Smith appears to have shared a bit of a set secret as he shared a fresh snap of himself on the cobbles portraying his character PC Craig Tinker to the support of a Gogglebox star.

And Craig's job as a police officer in Weatherfield often gets him the most comments from Corrie fans so Colson's latest social media was also quick to spark a response. Alongside the moody-looking snap, Colson wrote to his 204,000 followers: "PC Craig Tinker of Weatherfield Police Department." And among the first to respond was Gogglebox star and soap fan Izzi Warner.
