Accumulated profits at the entertainment firm owned by Daniel O’Donnell climbed to nearly €3.8 million last year, leaving the Donegal crooner sitting on a cash pile of around €1.2 million.
Newly filed accounts for the firm show that it had fixed assets valued at €2.6 million and current assets including cash worth just under €1.25 million at the end of its last financial year on October 31, 2023.It recorded an annual profit for the first time since before the Covid-19 pandemic, having posted a loss of over €500,000 during the previous financial year. Accumulated profits increased by €54,358 last year to just under €3.8 million.
Normal service has since been resumed, however, and the 62-year-old singer has two tours of Canada and the US scheduled for later this year.
