Jordan had ridiculed Scottish football on his radio show which sparked an angry response from Stewart on social media

Rod Stewart has blasted back at Simon Jordan for his attack on Scottish football as the duo's war of words continued.

Stewart had texted host Jim White pointing him towards his account to make sure Jordan got the message. The former Crystal Palace owner responded by questioning how Scottish the rocker actually was and suggesting he should actually be a fan of Arsenal or Tottenham. he said: "He is from bloody Highgate for crying out loud.
