Former Coronation Street star Lucien Laviscount has shared his link to David Beckham whom he credits for getting him into acting. The actor appeared on Good Morning Britain on Thursday to discuss his new film.

"I ended up getting the job which turned out to be with Marks and Spencer and David Beckham. I was a bit of a naughty kid I guess, a confident kid, chatty and David was like, 'Listen, you should get into acting'. He got his assistant to call an acting school in Manchester and that’s kind of how it all started."
