The Tame Impala mastermind and acclaimed Australian songwriter to the likes of Dua Lipa, Rihanna, and Gorillaz has sold the rights to his music for an undisclosed sum.

Kevin Parker, the mastermind behind Tame Impala and one of Australia's most acclaimed music exports, has sold his entire songwriting catalogue, including past and future works, to Sony Music Publishing.

Details of the acquisition, which expands Sony's 15-year partnership with Parker, have not been disclosed. "I have a lot of love and trust for the Sony publishing family and have only had great experiences with Damian Trotter and the rest of the gang worldwide.
