If there is one thing that Glasgow loves it's Mexican food, and a new street food vendor is hitting all the right notes with their authentic recipes brought with them from Mexico.
The keen cook explained: "The name Gloria came from my auntie back in Mexico, who took care of me when I was a child and taught me how to cook from the age of eight, which I am forever grateful for. And their dishes always prove popular at their pop-ups with their authentic tacos and tamales appealing and Yanett revealing that the Al Pastor is always a best seller.
