Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s Archewell Foundation has been ruled “delinquent” over unpaid fees and missing paperwork. The Californian Attorney General Rob Bonta issued the notice of delinquency this month as Archewell had not paid annual registration fees or submitted an annual report, NBC News reports.

A source told the outlet that Archewell’s initial cheque was “lost in the mail” however payment has since been resubmitted and the issue will be resolved in a matter of days. Harry and Meghan launched the Archwewell Foundation in 2020 after they stepped down as senior working royals of the British royal family.
