Good Morning Britain's Laura Tobin has appeared on live TV rocking her BAFTA gown on air after a night out with Lorraine Kelly.
Lorraine received a special accolade at the BAFTA ceremony, with Succession star and fellow Scot Brian Cox presenting the award to the "queen of daytime TV" in recognition of her 30 years helming her ITV chat show. As they discussed Lorraine's significant achievement, viewers were treated to an image of Laura, resplendent in a white dress adorned with floral details, standing next to Lorraine and her newly acquired trophy.
On stage, she imparted her insights, remarking: "I suppose if I've learned anything at all over the past 40 years, it's what's the point of having all that experience if you don't actually share it, and if you don't actually pass it on, and help other people." She also recounted how her husband, Steve Smith, then an electrician in Dundee, relocated to London to join the BBC, benefiting from the corporation's hostels for UK-wide staff.
