Only if defenders aren’t smart enough to adapt their game with an eye to the new technology. They’ve been smart enough to get away with fouling that the ref can’t see for a very long time now.
If the penalties for diving or faking serious injury which these guys are pretty prone to, are equal to the clear physical penalties like holding etc. then I’m all for it. More goals is ok
