According to Hong Kong media, Chan was seen clutching his back with tears in his eyes while performing his song,The 49-year-old later explained to the audience that he had an accident while performing a fast-paced dance routine the day before. Chan added that he was initially worried he wouldn’t be able to perform as scheduled. Thankfully, he was still able to sing.
