Hugh Jackman cuts lonely figure in Met Gala appearance

Jackman, who has lived in New York for several years, often attended the glitzy and glamorous occasion at the city’s Metropolitan Museum of Art with his wife by his side.

“They know him better than he does and are constantly surprising him,” a close friend of Jackman told the publication on Monday. The actor has been keeping busy with promotion for the upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine film where he stars alongside close friend Ryan Reynolds.
