Morgan Wallen could be facing 6 years in prison. The ball is set to begin rolling for Morgan Wallen regarding his legal issues in Nashville with a court date set for Friday morning.

That means he could face up to six years, but criminal defense attorney David Raybin told PEOPLE the chances he serves those sentences consecutively are remote.
