A brawl involving workers has broken out in Brisbane amid a series of worksite shutdowns by the construction union. Punches were thrown during the expletive-laden scuffle at Cope St in Annerley, where works to upgrade Dutton Park train station are taking place, on Tuesday morning, as seen in footage supplied by a worker.

Huge brawl breaks out at Brisbane worksite. There are unconfirmed reports CFMEU representatives were also involved. The union has not confirmed the involvement of their members. The footage shows men dressed in black, some wearing masks, fighting with high-vis clad workers. The brawls starts on a footpath but breaks out onto a road, the footage shows. No one is believed to have been injured. Police were called but the groups had dispersed by the time police arrived.
