The Seattle Mariners welcomed K-pop boy band ENHYPEN members Jay, Heeseung and Ni-ki at the T-Mobile Park for the ceremonial first pitch on April 29.

They then got ready to take the pitcher’s mound where Seattle native and lifelong Mariners fan Jay was surprised by a special video message on the scoreboard from former Mariners player, Jay Buhner, who he was named after. The members then each lined up and took turns throwing out the first pitch in front of 2,000 ENGENEs .

Additional shows will follow at Allstate Arena in Chicago on May 1 and UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York on May 3. ENHYPEN's JAY -- who is a Seattle native and huge Mariners fan -- HEESEUNG and NI-KI got to meet Ichiro Suzuki before the game tonight 🤩During the concert, he said, “I’m standing with my six brothers and beloved ENGENEs… I never expected this would happen eight years ago. So, I truly want to say, please trust yourself and never give up. Your dreams also can come true.”
