A comedian from Stockport got huge laughs and four yeses from the judges at the Britain's Got Talent auditions. Darren Watson made his big return to the ITV talent show after 'bottling' his audition before going on stage last year.
Darren, who admitted his failed 2023 audition to judges Alesha, Simon, Bruno and Amanda, kicked off his set with a cringey dad joke, saying: "I caught a plane for bald people the other day... it was called 'Receding Airlines'.""The air stewardess said 'would you like lunch?" he continued.
Darren continued the set with another joke that even made head judge and music mogul Simon Cowell chuckle, as he said: "I was in front of another judge last week... I was in court charged with stealing a bag. But I was only in court for two minutes. It was a 'brief case'."
