The mother in the group was initially seen on CCTV trying to pay with a savings account card, which was reportedly declined twice.

Mr Reese has said he is disappointed in the ‘lack of urgency’ from police regarding the unpaid £329 bill. He told the Mirror: ‘I’m paying my tax for police but I seem to be powerless. It annoys me to know this is happening and that they are getting away with it.’ Metro.co.uk has reached out to South Wales Police for a statement.
