April 20th is National Record Store Day and shops across the country and Pennsylvania are celebrating independent music businesses.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — It’s been nearly 20 years since Thomas Anderton set up his music shop in the Red Lion Borough.

“He’s always wanting to help, and he also has really cool stuff, so I know I always find something whenever I go in there,” added Isaac Sheerer, also a customer at the shop. Anderton will purchase stock from other collectors, often travelling across the state for music and memorabilia.
