The former adult film actress rejected the subpoena, which a process server said he was forced “to leave them at her feet.” The subpoena called for information surrounding a documentary released about her life and involvement with Trump.
The subpoena rejection comes as Trump is currently facing a criminal case in which he is alleged to have asked his former attorney,, to pay Daniels $130,000 for her to keep quiet about Trump’s prior sexual relations with her.
