Tomorrow marks the release of Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver, what was supposed to be the concluding chapter of the two-part saga of Zack Snyder’s original universe. Or so we thought.
Since I believe he is not counting the PG-13 and R-rated cuts as separate movies, I think he genuinely means another 2-4 full films, perhaps with their own alternate cuts, past the existing two on Netflix. This plan strikes me as far-fetched, as it does not seem like Rebel Moon has approached the critical or audience acclaim, much less the viewership, to warrant four to six more assuredly expensive movies. Perhaps not even just one more. Netflix has promoted these movies relentlessly, with the first even getting a rare full homepage takeover, but the result appears to be somewhat underwhelming.original movie list in terms of viewership. Red Notice is on top with 239,900,000 views.
