The daughter of a Perth couple who were victims in a terrifying home invasion with three men posing as police officers has said her mother has been traumatised by the “senseless” crime. When Philip, 76, opened the door to his Girrawheen home on Tuesday night about 7pm, he didn’t hesitate to let the three men who stood before him in.
Police searching for thugs who bashed elderly woman in her home. The men claimed they were police officers, produced what appeared to be a badge and asked to come inside the Allison Dr property. Once inside, the men attacked Philip, tying him up as they brutally assaulted his 73-year-old wife, Ninette. The offenders fled the scene on foot with a large amount of jewellery.
