Mark Owen has shared the secret behind his six-month transformation ahead of Take That's upcoming tour.
However, he has revealed it didn't happen overnight and took six months of hard work. Mark headed to Los Angeles, where he trained at Ultimate Performance gym to get in shape for his upcoming UK tour. He has been filmed showing off his buff physique after working on bench presses, lunges and sit ups.Mark insisted it hasn't been easy and has found the work "pretty tough".
"With all the lifts Mark is performing, there is a big focus on controlling the load , both in the lowering of the movement and lifting component ". Sharing the details of Mark's regime, Eddie said it is aimed at those who already have experience lifting weights. He explained it is "ideal" for those who have limited time to train and have an intermediate training age.
