Jennifer Garner has confirmed that she will be returning to play the role of Elektra in the upcoming film Deadpool & Wolverine. Garner, along with Hugh Jackman, will be coming out of their superhero retirement to reprise their iconic Marvel roles.

No, no,” Janssen clarified.Deadpool & Wolverine is directed by Shawn Levy from a screenplay written by Ryan Reynolds, Levy Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells.

It also features returning cast members Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Rob Delaney as Peter, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio. In addition, The Crown’s Emma Corrin and Succession’s Matthew Macfadyen have also joined the cast to play the roles of Cassandra Nova and TVA agent Paradox, respectively.
