While automatic and manual-winding movements are clearly the most prized among watch collectors, Bulova rebooted a digital dinosaur from the 1970s—the Computron—which features a trapezoidal case that looks futuristic and has an LED display., which pays tribute to the brand’s founder.
Drawing inspiration from watches from the 1920s to 1940s, the new collection features 16 models in three styles: round, tank and tonneau, which is a real knockout, particularly with the Art Deco numbers and silver dial. All three variations, which come in limited editions of 350, share the same automatic movement and the caseback has Joseph Bulova’s signature and “1875” in honor of the year the brand was founded.
