Drew Barrymore Brings Back 'My Boyfriend Is Out of Town' T-Shirt She Wore to Charlie’s Angels 2 Premiere in 2003

“For whatever reason I was like, I don’t want to wear a dress, I just want to put on my T-shirt,” Barrymore remembered of her famous slogan tee on Friday, the actress, 49, brought back one of her most iconic looks, a.k.a. the grungy ”My boyfriend is out of town” baby tee she wore to the“I bought it in a vintage store in the East Village in New York,” Barrymore explained in the video while wearing a boxier version of the baby tee.

Back then, she teamed the snarky tee with a crescent moon necklace and metallic green eyeshadow heavily rimmed with eyeliner.glammed up in more formal dresses — Liu in a bedazzled black frock and Diaz in a sexy dark turquoise one-shoulder number. Before she even stepped onto the carpet, Barrymore was snapped wearing the T-shirt and holding up a bottle and glass of Champagne as she and Diaz walked to the premiere .
