CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Columbus-born duo Twenty One Pilots announced The Clancy World Tour Wednesday, and Cleveland fans were excited to see a show at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on the rooster.
While fans can expect the new album to hit streaming and shelves on May 17, Cleveland fans will have to wait until September 28 to hear the album live in concert.
