Frankie Muniz won’t be letting his son chase a career as a child star Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz is refusing to let his son follow in his footsteps. The 38-year-old actor became a child star as Malcolm in all seven seasons of the iconic sitcom, which ran from 2000 to 2006 and became an instant classic with its leading boy becoming a child star.
’ Frankie loved his time on set but he wouldn’t want that experience for his son Malcolm In The Middle’s final episode aired almost 20 years ago, with Frankie starring alongside Bryan Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek, who played his parents Hal and Lois, while Christopher Kennedy Masterson , Justin Berfield and Erik Per Sullivan played his brothers. Back in December 2023, the leading man admitted there is a strong chance a reboot could happen after he wondered what the family are up to now.
