Princess Kate Middleton 's uncle Gary Goldsmith has issued an apology following the release of an interview he gave today.
Duchess Catherine shared on Wednesday that she is undergoing a form of preventative chemotherapy after the discovery of cancer while undergoing an abdominal surgery. He apologised about the interview on X, and asked that people show kindness and love towards his niece and her immediate family during this time."This interview and shoot was done over a week ago and went to print before I was aware of the sad news regarding my niece Kate."
In the interview, he was asked whether Kate and William are as happy as they once were, to which he is said to have replied: "Great question. And I'm going to be as honest as I can be."
