Several celebrities joined in the guessing game - and have since felt remorse after Kate revealed that she was found to have cancer during the operation.
After a photo released of Kate and her children was found to be edited, Hollywood star Lively made fun of the photo. She apologised on Saturday, saying on Instagram: "I'm sure no one cares today but I feel like I have to acknowledge this."
