The video features cast members Rosamund Pike, Marcus Rutherford, Ayoola Smart, Joshua Stradowski, and Daniel Henney, with Henney promising that the new episodes are "big". What's more, The Wheel of Time franchise is expected to further expand over the coming years. After getting an animated companion series in 2021, it was announced in December 2023 that a trilogy of live-action films is currently in development. The first of these Wheel of Time movies is The Age of Legends, which will take place long before the series and chronicle the rise of the Dark One and those who are brave enough to first stand against him.
