"I know that the country music scene in Ireland is very unique because you have dance halls or hotels who offer space for dancing, that doesn’t really happen in a concentrated area anywhere else in the world, as far as I know. He said: "He filled up The Point for a couple of nights. I went to see him and I realised how popular country music was in Ireland.
"There was a man called Jimmy Smith who was the founder of one of Ireland’s first pirate radio stations, Treble TR Radio. He happened to be at my very first gig with his partner. "My current manager Sharon and I manage the band together. It all happened very gradually - I went from knowing nothing about the industry to learning a lot!"
