Epic context will be added to The Two Towers.

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim will make one epic moment from The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers even better 22 years later. When watching the Lord of the Rings movies in chronological order, The War of the Rohirrim will be the first movie in the timeline.

The Two Towers' Final Charge Scene Will Be Improved By War Of The Rohirrim The moment in question from The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is found at the end of the film. During the Battle of Helm's Deep, Aragorn convinces King Théoden of Rohan to ride out with him in what is essentially a suicide charge against the invading Uruk-hai. Before doing so, Théoden says to Aragorn and his men "The horn of Helm Hammerhand shall sound in the deep... one last time.

This moment will only be improved by The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim as the film's main character will be Helm Hammerhand himself. The film will focus on Hammerhand defending the country of Rohan from the wild Dunlendings, providing important context to Rohan's history.

Despite the fortress being built in the Second Age of Middle-earth, the events that will transpire in The War of the Rohirrim were so legendary that it was renamed in honor of the king.
