JOHOR BARU: The Batu Pahat district has been issued a Level 1 heatwave alert after seeing three consecutive days of temperatures ranging between 35°C and 37°C.
“Based on weather model analysis, the Malaysian Meteorological Department expects to continue seeing dry and hot weather with temperatures above 35°C in most places in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah for the next seven days.
