Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff looks to be on the mend as he displayed his healing facial injuries while filming the second series of Field of Dreams in India.
The former cricketer, 46, was involved in a horror car crash that left him with serious injuries while filming Top Gear in December 2022 Freddie, who is still recovering from his 'life-altering significant' injuries, is understood to have negotiated a £9million settlement with the corporation for two years' loss of earnings as a result of the crash.
'They're nervous first steps, as he's recovering both mentally and physically, but the TV show he's making is a real passion project for him.'A source said: 'Everyone is thrilled Freddie is gearing up to get back to work. We know how much this series means to him. It was a passion project that was loved by the viewers, so it's great it will mark his return'
Flintoff reportedly required a number of surgeries following the crash, suffering broken ribs and facial bones after being dragged along the road.
