“Selos,” the song by the rising singer Shaira Moro has been removed from streaming platforms following issues of copyright infringement.

In a reply to an Instagram comment, Australian singer Lenka said her team had already "taken legal action" against Moro for using the melody of her song “Trouble Is a Friend.”On Facebook early Wednesday, Moro's recording label AHS Channel said they “voluntarily” took down the song as they are still in the process of securing a cover license for her viral hit song “Selos.

“As most of you may know, the melody that we have used is originally from a song entitled 'Trouble is a Friend' by Lenka and as of the moment, we are already in contact with her team for us to make 'Selos' an official cover,” it said. Despite this, Moro’s agency thanked those who have been “entertained” by her cover song.
