The Chase's Bradley Walsh blindsided as player discloses TV past

Bradley Walsh, star of The Chase, was left surprised when a contestant revealed her previous TV appearances while taking on a quizzing pro in the hopes of scooping a cash prize. Contestant Kathleen shared with the host that she had been on Celebrity Carols at Christmas, alongside Aled Jones, before trying her luck on the famous quiz show.

Following Kathleen's early elimination, her fellow contestants were left trying to scramble for victory, but sadly two of her fellow contestants also failed to beat the chaser, leaving just one player, Ollie with a chance of securing the £4000 he had picked up in the cash builder. The disappointing outcome came as The Menace triumphed - but even despite this, quiz pro Ollie was praised for his "valiant" attempt at securing victory and was even told he could have had the luck to win if he had had the help of another contestant - it was just sadly too tough a battle for him to win alone.
